The experience at Vertu Ford Cheltenham was good because - firstly the reception area was clean, airy and welcoming. Everyone was dog friendly, which is important if you have your dog with you.. Ros and Chris listened carefully, answered all my questions and treated me kindly, with patience.

Vertu Ford Cheltenham were very helpful, friendly and professional. They also weren't pushy for the sale, unlike some car places I've looked at.
